CHERRY BERRY ON A CLOUD 
STEP 1:

6 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 3/4 c. sugar

Heat oven to 275 degrees. Grease oblong pan. Beat egg whites until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, beat until stiff. Spread in pan. Bake for 60 minutes. Turn off oven and leave overnight.

STEP 2:

1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 c. sour cream
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix cheese, sugar and vanilla. Gently fold in whipped sour cream, Cool Whip and marshmallows. Spread on meringue and refrigerate for 12 hours. Cut in squares and add topping.

STEP 3:

1 can cherry pie filling
1 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
1/2 tsp. almond extract (optional)

Mix together and pour over top.
