BERRIES ON A CLOUD 
6 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. sugar

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can cherry pie filling
2 c. cream, whipped
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. strawberries

Heat oven to 275 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until frothy. Gradually beat in 1 3/4 cup of sugar until very stiff (about 15 minutes). Spread in prepared pan. Bake one hour. Turn off oven and leave in overnight.

Mix cheese with 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Gently fold in whipped cream and marshmallows and spread over meringue. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into serving pieces and top with cherry pie mix, lemon juice and fresh sliced strawberries. (May use frozen.) Serves 20.
