CHERRY BERRY ON A CLOUD 
6 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 to 3 oz. or 1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. whipped cream, whipped
2 c. mini marshmallows

Beat whites, tartar and salt until frothy. Beat in sugar gradually, beat until stiff. (15 minutes). Spread in 9x13 greased pan. Bake 275 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave in oven 12 hours or overnight.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla. Fold in whipped cream and marshmallows. Spread over top of egg white mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

To serve cut in squares and top with mixture of cherry pie filling and strawberries. (You can use fresh, frozen or strawberry pie filling).
