PASTA AND PROSCIUTTO SAUCE 
1/2 lb. pasta, cooked
4 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/4 lb. prosciutto
1/4 stick of butter
1 sm. diced onion
Parmesan cheese
Peas, optional
8 oz. heavy cream

Dice onion fine; blend chopped tomatoes. With pan on medium flame, mix bite- size prosciutto, onions, and butter in pan; simmer 5 minutes.

Pour in tomatoes and heavy cream; add 4 or 5 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Makes a delicious side dish.
