ITALIAN BREAD FOR PIZZA 
2 c. water
2 pkgs. yeast with 2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. salad oil
5 1/2 c. flour

Stir first 5 ingredients. Add 1/2 of flour, stir well. Then add remaining flour. Knead well. Put on well greased pan, let raise twice, push out on cookie sheet, let raise again, brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with Kosher salt and rosemary. This will make 3 pizzas. Bake and then add pizza ingredients.
