3 cans Wilderness apple pie filling
1 box spice cake mix
2 sticks butter
1 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts)

In 9 x 13 inch pan, spread apple pie filling evenly over bottom of pan. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over apples. Sprinkle with nuts. Cut butter into small patties - lay on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
