BAKED PEAS 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen peas
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained

In a 1-quart casserole, place frozen peas, butter, onion, salt, parsley, and mushrooms and liquid from can. Cover tightly. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 degrees) for 40 minutes. Uncover and stir gently to blend and serve.
