CHEESE CAKE CUPCAKES 
FILLING:

2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

CAKE:

1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water

Beat filling until creamy, adding the chocolate chips last. Melt chocolate chips for cake. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Add together, adding melted chocolate chips last. Spoon batter 1/2 way in cup. Spoon 1 slightly rounded tablespoon of filling over batter, then remaining batter to fill cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool. Serves 16.
