CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES 
1 box vanilla wafers
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling

Beat together the following: 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla

Place 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cupcake paper. Fill 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake 350 degrees, 15 minutes. Cool. Top with 1 tablespoon of pie filling. Keep refrigerated.
