JIMY SALAD 
Lettuce, carrots, radish, tomatoes (or other vegetables)
6 slices Provolone cheese
6 slices Genoa Salami
1 cup Grated Mozzarella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Italian Dressing

Prepare salad: Finely chop the salami and provolone into small pieces. Mix in a large bowl. Add Parmesan cheese, sprinkling all over. Put in refrigerator until ready to serve. Add dressing into each individual bowl.
