Cheese tortellini
Salami cubes
Provolone and Cheddar cheese cubes
Bell pepper pieces
Black olives (large)
Grape tomatoes
1 container herb-garlic cheese spread (such as Alouette)
1/4 to 1/2 cup heavy cream

Alternately skewer ingredients on bamboo skewers.

Mix heavy cream with herb-garlic cheese spread to desired dipping consistency.

Serve skewers on platter surrounding bowl of dip.
