BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 (5 oz.) cans boned chicken OR
1 1/2 c. diced fresh cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced walnuts
2 tsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix ingredients and toss lightly. Put in casserole and cover with 1 cup crushed potato chips. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot. 350 degree oven.
