BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 1/2-3 c. chopped, cooked & boned chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. almonds, cut up (optional, but good)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Salt, pepper & paprika to taste
1 3/4 c. mayonnaise

2 c. crushed potato chips
1 c. American cheese (cubed or coarsely grated) (Cheddar is my favorite)

Bake at 450 degrees for about 25 minutes.
