OATMEAL CARAMEL BARS 
1 pkg. white cake mix
2 c. uncooked oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
1 egg
3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix, oats, brown sugar, carefully stir in oil and egg. Stir and mix. Pat 1/2 in the bottom of a well greased and floured 13"x9" pan (it will be gooey). Spread ice cream topping. Crumble on the rest of the dough. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Cut into bars when cool.
