CHOCOLATE DELIGHT | |
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks) Combine these ingredients. Place in bottom of 9 1/2 x 11 inch dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 c. Cool Whip 1 c. 4X sugar 1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding 3 c. cold milk 1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding Cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar - cream these and spread on crust. Vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding and milk - mix 2 packages of pudding in 3 cups milk until thick. Pour over cream cheese layer. Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. |
