CHOCOLATE LUNCHEON DESSERT 
FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. nuts (pecans)

Stir and bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Blend.

THIRD LAYER:

1 sm. instant chocolate pudding
1 sm. vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Blend. Top with Cool Whip and chocolate bar shavings. Keep in refrigerator.
