PRETZEL AND CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
2 c. pretzels, crushed
3/4 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. sugar

Mix and pat in bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.

NEXT LAYER:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip

Mix and spread on crust. Beat 2 small packages chocolate instant pudding into 3 cups milk. Spread on top. Top it all off with Cool Whip and sprinkle with crushed pretzels. Refrigerate.
