BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
4 whole chicken breasts, skinned
1 c. long grain rice, uncooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken and 1/2 can of water in saucepan. Heat and stir until well mixed. Stir in rice. Pour mixture into 9x11 inch baking dish and spread over bottom.

Arrange chicken breasts on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle with 1/2 package onion soup mix. Cover with tin foil. Bake for 2 hours at 325 degrees.
