PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 lbs. 10X sugar
1 c. soft butter
1 1/2 lbs. (24 oz.) peanut butter
1/4 c. + 1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Cream butter and peanut butter together, add vanilla and pinch of salt. Add 10X sugar. Gradually add the milk and keep feeling the fudge to see if it is dry or sticky. Press fudge into a jelly roll pan. Cut when firm.
