MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 c. macaroni
1/3 box Velveeta cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter

Cook macaroni according to manufacturer's instructions. Drain. Place in large casserole dish. Add Velveeta cheese, butter, and soup. Mix thoroughly. Place in preheated 250 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Remove from oven when cheddar cheese has melted. Serves 2-4.
