COON HUNTER' CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained

Mix and bake on cookie sheet at 350 for 25-30 minutes. While hot make holes in cake and pour frosting over cake.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and pour over cake. Sprinkle pecans on top of frosting.
