OVEN FRIED FISH 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 to 3/4 c. seasoned or unseasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. fish fillets

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in shallow baking pan. Spread bread crumbs onto large plate. Break egg in small bowl. Beat slightly. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice to egg. Dip fish in egg mixture then coat with crumbs. Arrange fish in shallow baking pan, turning to coat with melted butter. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes until done.
