MARINADE FOR BEEF 
1 c. burgundy
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 tbsp. ketchup
1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. melted butter
1 tsp. rosemary
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Marinate meat for 24 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
