CHICKEN A LA HATII 
2 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut up and soak in Milnot milk
1/3 c. sesame seeds
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
Oil

Take chicken from milk. Roll in flour and fry in oil to brown. Cover; cook on medium low heat about 40 minutes.

Note: Boil chicken about 10 minutes before hand and it cooks faster and crisper.
