BAKED CHICKEN & RICE 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken, cut up
3/4 c. long grain rice, uncooked
2/3 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 envelope onion soup mix

Combine mushroom soup and milk; blend. Add rice, undrained mushrooms and onion soup mix. Mix and pour into glass Pyrex baking dish (11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inches). Arrange chicken on top. Brush chicken with melted butter; sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender. Serves 4 to 6.
