BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE - ONE PAN 
1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 chopped onion
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 soup can of water
1 fryer - cut up
1/2 stick butter - melted

Mix rice, onion, soups and water together. Pour into deep baking dish. Melt 1/2 stick butter and place on top of rice - mix. Place chicken on top of rice and bake for 2 1/2 hours at 350°F. Cover with foil. Baste chicken periodically with more butter until done.
