2 (8 oz.) pkgs. soft cream cheese 1 big tbsp. chopped onion 2 tbsp. mustard Dash or 2 Worcestershire sauce Dash garlic powder Dash salt 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. chopped beef (Buddig) Mix all but beef, cut one package beef up into very small squares and add to mixture. Mix it well, I usually use my hands to form into a ball and roll in remaining package of chopped beef, cut up fine. This is best made one day ahead. Keep in refrigerator. |
