WALDORF SALAD 
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
Dash salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. whipping cream
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. grapes, cut in half
2 bananas, sliced
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. diced celery

Beat eggs slightly; add sugar, salt and lemon juice. Cook in double boiler until thick. Cool. Whip 2/3 cup whipping cream until stiff. Fold into cooled egg mixture. Combine fruits. Fold in cream mixture; chill well.
