SNOWBALL DUMPLINGS | |
1 1/3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 1 egg 1/2 c. milk Combine ingredients. Drop by tablespoon into 1/2 meat liquid mixed with water. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes in electric fry pan, cook for 5 minutes, covered. Serve in remaining meat liquid thickened for gravy. Makes about 10 large fluffy dumplings. Never fail recipe. |
