RHUBARB DESSERT 
5 c. rhubarb, diced
1 c. sugar
1 (13 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
3 c. mini marshmallows
1 pkg. white cake mix

Spread rhubarb in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with sugar and Jello. Top with marshmallows. Prepare cake mix according to box directions. Then pour over other ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream.
