1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 3 layers.

ICING:

1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding mix
2 sm. or 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 lg. Cool Whip
