HOT TOMATO PICKLES 
2 gallons green tomato, cut in wedges
1 qt. onions, quartered
2 c. hot green pepper, cut in sm. pieces
1/2 gallon vinegar (distilled)
6 c. sugar
1 c. salt

Mix all ingredients in large pan. Bring to a boil. Let boil for 5 minutes at a hard boiling point. Fill sterilized jars and seal.
