CARAMEL CHEX 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup

Boil three minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. rice chex} 2 c. corn chex} or 4 c. Crispex cereal 2 c. pretzels 1 1/2 c. mixed nuts

Mix together, pour syrup over the mixture and mix. Spread out on cookie sheet and break into small pieces.
