ALMOND STRAWBERRY DELIGHT 
6 oz. cherry flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. strawberry ice cream
10 oz. frozen sliced strawberries
8 oz. sour cream
2/3 c. toasted slivered almonds

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream and strawberries and stir until blended. Slowly beat in sour cream. Chill until mixture thickens. Fold in almonds and turn into a lightly oiled 2 quart mold. Chill until firm. Unmold. Makes 8-10 servings.
