CHILI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker hash browns
4 c. hot water
Little salt
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. sour cream
Sm. can chilis
1 can cream of potato soup
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Cover potatoes in hot water. Add salt. Let stand 15 minutes. Drain.

Heat oven 350 degrees. Mix potatoes, 1 1/2 cups cheese, sour cream, chilis and soup. Spread in baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Bake about 30 minutes. 6 servings.
