ONE-DISH MEAL 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. green pepper
1 c. celery
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 c. tomato paste (or 1 No. 2 can tomatoes)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Black pepper to taste
1/2-1 tsp. chili powder

Brown meat in oil. Add salt, onions, green pepper, celery, rice and tomatoes. Then 1 cup water. Heat to low boiling point. Add pepper and Worcestershire sauce and simmer until rice is done. (May have to add a little more water.)
