ONE-DISH MEAL | |
1 lg. onion 1 chopped green pepper 1 c. chopped potatoes 1 lb. raw ground beef, crumbled 1 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. rice 1 can kidney beans 1 can chopped tomatoes Slice onion in bottom of large casserole. Put other ingredients in layers over the onions. Pour tomatoes over the top. On the tomatoes place strips of bacon. Cook covered 2 hours at 300 degrees Uncover and cook 30 minutes. Makes a great Sunday dinner! |
