CHEDDAR CHEESE SAUCE | |
2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese Melt butter. Blend in flour and salt. Add milk. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Makes 1 1/3 cups. Terrific for vegetables, noodles, or rice! |
