7 LAYER SALAD 
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed completely on paper towels
2 c. mayonnaise (may use 1 c. mayonnaise & 1 c. sour cream)
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled (may use Bacos)

Layer in 9 x 13 inch pan. Start with lettuce, onion, celery, green pepper and peas, then top with mayonnaise to seal in flavor. On top sprinkle cheese and bacon. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy.
