ZUCCHINI BROWNIES 
2 c. zucchini, shredded fine
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
Nuts (opt.)

Combine sugar, oil, vanilla, egg and zucchini. Blend well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Bake in 9"x13" pan or cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. These are very moist.

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. milk

Mix together and boil 30 seconds, stirring so it doesn't burn. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup chocolate chips. Beat until spreading consistency.
