ZUCCHINI BROWNIES 
2 c. zucchini
1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
2 tsp. vanilla

Grind up zucchini in blender until fairly smooth or finely grind it up. Mix zucchini and oil. Sift all dry ingredients together including cocoa. Add to zucchini mixture. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased 10 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 23 minutes. Frost with chocolate frosting.
