HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. butter flavor oil (To substitute use 1 1/2 cups Wesson oil, 1 tsp.
butter flavoring)
3 eggs
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, juice and all
2 med. bananas, chopped
1 c. nuts, optional

Mix as usual cake method. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes. Bake in tube pan. Mix by hand. Cool in pan 1 hour before removing.
