PIZZA CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. box cooked elbow macaroni 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 lg. can tomato sauce 1 sm. can mashed tomatoes 1 sm. can pizza sauce 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 lb. whole Mozzarella cheese, grated Salt and pepper Brown ground beef with salt and pepper to taste. Add tomato sauce and oregano. Mix well. In a buttered 2 quart casserole, place in layers, macaroni, then meat mixture, then cheese until all is used up ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted. |
