CHINESE PEPPER STEAKS 
1 1/2 lbs. steak
1/4 c. oil
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 green peppers, sliced
2 lg. onions, sliced
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. beef bouillon
1 tsp. cornstarch
4 green onions, diced

Cut steak into 1/8 inch thick strips. Heat oil. Add garlic salt, ginger, and pepper. Saute until garlic is golden. Add steak brown lightly 2 minutes. Remove meat. Add green peppers, onions. Cook on medium high 4 to 5 minutes. Return meat to pan. Add soy sauce, sugar, bouillon, cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water. Simmer about 2 minutes until sauce thickens. Add green onions. Serve over hot rice. Enjoy Enjoy.
