BANANA SMOOTHIE | |
2 bananas 1 c. plain yogurt 1 c. orange juice 4 tsp. honey Put all ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses (pour over ice or refrigerate for 1/2 hour for a cold smoothie). Makes 2 glasses. A delicious, easy summer cooler for children to make and enjoy. |
