BUTTERMILK PANCAKES 
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg, room temperature
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Put buttermilk, egg, and melted butter in small bowl and beat until smooth and blended. Stir together flour, salt, and baking soda. Stir in buttermilk mixture. Leave the small lumps. Heat skillet to medium hot and lightly grease. Scoop 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles break up. Then turn over and cook until browned.
