BREAKFAST HAM AND CHEESE LOAF 
6 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
6 slices bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled
1 c. diced cooked ham
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy; add milk, flour, baking powder, and salt, stirring until well blended. Add bacon, ham, and cheeses. Mix well. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan at 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Loaf may be sliced and frozen. Can be reheated in the oven or microwave. Can be served with melted cheese over it or with jelly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
