BROCCOLI PUFF | |
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 eggs, beaten 1 lg. dollop of mayonnaise 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup of the Cheddar cheese for topping. Place in a 2 quart casserole, sprinkle remaining Cheddar on top, and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
