CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/8 c. light cream or half and half
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, cocoa, and salt in 4 quart pan; stir to mix well so no lumps of cocoa remain. Add the cream and corn syrup; stir to mix well. Bring the mixture to a full rolling boil over medium low heat, stirring constantly. After the mixture reaches a full rolling boil, let it cook for 3 minutes longer, stirring gently to keep it from sticking or burning.
