CHOCOLATE FUDGE PUDDING 
1 1/4 c. sugar, divided
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. boiling water

Cream 3/4 cup sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Stir in milk. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and 2 tablespoons cocoa. Add to creamed mixture and blend until smooth. Fold in nuts. Spread in a greased 9 inch square pan. Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa, and brown sugar, blend well. Sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 or 40 minutes.
